    Herbo – mineral dressing oil for diabetic or non-diabetic non-healing ulcers, extensive burns, bed sores, herpes zoster etc. In surgeries when dressing is required frequently and when effected area is dry.

    Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum), Sugandhika (Sulphur), Karpoor Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora), Hemasaar (Copper sulphate), Tila Tail (Sesamum indicum)

    Dr. Rao’s Dressol should be used on a clean affected area. First, gently clean the wound or skin surface before application. Apply Dressol directly using a dropper onto the affected area. For small wounds, apply a few drops over the site, and for larger areas, soak sterile gauze with Dressol and place it over the wound.

    It is recommended to use the product 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. The impregnated gauze dressing can be kept for 2 to 3 days, but Dressol should be reapplied on the dressing twice a day to maintain its effect. Do not remove the dressing frequently unless advised.
