Use Dressol, a herbal ointment, two to three times a day with the help of a dropper in case of small affected areas or cover the wider areas with sterile gauze impregnated with Dressol, an ointment for burns. The impregnated sterile guaze may be replaced once in two or three days, but Dressol should be applied in drops on the covered sterile guaze twice a day.
